Alveston House Hotel Wedding Ceremonies

Alveston House is the ideal venue for civil weddings and civil partnerships. The Garden Suite with its chandeliers is perfect for wedding ceremonies of up to 85 guests, the Cottage Suite is ideal for a more intimate gathering of up to 20 guests.

Both suites have patio doors leading straight into our beautiful walled gardens.

Your Civil Ceremony will be conducted by a Registrar, and is not allowed to contain religious elements, although you may choose to include music, poetry or readings to accompany the ceremony. The Registrar will be happy to discuss the details of your Ceremony with you.
