TRAINEE MANAGER

This role is ideal for those wishing to take their next steps into management. You will undertake training in all departments and will incorporate steadily increasing responsibilities.

This is very much a hands on position and would suit any individual who can offer flexibility, commitment and self-motivation.

EXPERIENCED CHEF

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, creative chef to run our busy kitchen.

We have an excellent reputation for freshly prepared food and also cater for large banquets and gatherings.

You will need talent, commitment and a strong desire to succeed

We also have part-time vacancies for:

• WAITER/WAITRESS (Evenings and/or weekends)
• BAR PERSON (7-11pm)
• KITCHEN PORTER (7-11om)
• GENERAL ASSISTANTS
• HOUSE KEEPER (9-12am)

We will offer you excellent rates of pay, a flexible working week to fit in around school/college or family commitments and full training so experience is not essential.

WORK PLACEMENTS are also available allowing you to learn all aspects of the hotel trade including restaurant, reception, bar, kitchen and house keeping.

Our placement scheme is available throughout holidays, as a year out or as part of a catering course.
