Hotel Receptionist
Alveston House Hotel is currently looking to recruit a highly professional and efficient receptionist to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing or reception roles. Experience within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook are required together with a friendly, welcoming personality.
Your responsibilities will cover a diverse range of reception duties including:
- Welcoming all visitors and guests to the hotel
- Answering external and internal calls
- Taking and responding to new enquiries
- Updating real time availability throughout the internet
- Providing accurate secretarial support to the hotel management
- Undertaking varied administrative tasks and projects
Candidates must be willing to help in other departments as and when required.
45 hours per week to include evenings and weekends.
