Hotel Receptionist – Bristol

 

Alveston House Hotel has a fabulous opportunity for a confident, motivated individual to join our small team as a Receptionist.

Working Week:

  • Full-time or possibly part-time role
  • Evenings 3pm – midnight or 5pm – midnight

Experience:

  • Previous hotel reception experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be given
  • Basic competence with Word Processing, Excel and Internet is essential (preferably Microsoft Office)

Key Tasks:

  • Welcome all guests on Check-in
  • Show guests to rooms
  • Answer queries
  • Prepare restaurant bills
  • Prepare function letters
  • Ensure conference bills are up to date
  • To accurately complete evening reception following hotel procedures
  • Take reservations for accommodation and restaurant
  • Various administrative tasks as required
