Duty Manager – Alveston House Hotel Bristol

 

Alveston House Hotel has a fabulous opportunity for a confident, motivated individual to join our small team as a Duty Manager, working in both our AA Rosette Restaurant and Reception.

Working Week:

  • Full-time role
  • 45 Hours per week including some weekends

Experience:

  • Previous restaurant and or reception experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be given
  • Basic competence with Word Processing, Excel and Internet is essential (preferably Microsoft Office)

Key Tasks:

  • Supervise Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner service in Carriages Restaurant
  • Ensure highest standards are consistently achieved
  • Manage Functions
  • Cover reception shifts as and when required
